Founder’s Story
Deb Davis, LSC
First and most importantly I am a lover and follower of Christ Jesus. Secondly, I am a devoted mom of 3 brilliant young leaders and entrepreneurs of today. They were the first ones to receive the holistic health talks, and sometimes they actually listen.
The local classroom was where I first began teaching after having been formally trained in the field of Education at the University of Florida. To date I have a combined total of 17 years of classroom teaching, corporate training, and platform speaking experience. As a lifelong learner my education continues as a certified holistic lifestyle coach, Minister of the Gospel, Speaker, and author. My hobbies are singing, reading, dancing, and creating exciting new plant-based recipes that do not disappoint.
My story began as a child who looked on as diabetes and heart failure stole the lives of my loved ones. The wake- up call for me was when I, too, was diagnosed with pre-diabetes and experienced partial vision loss due to a very poor diet, stress, and nerve damage. This loss inevitably motivated me to begin studying more about diabetes and its complications. The turning point was when I witnessed someone with Type 2 Diabetes resolve their own diabetes and exit the diabetes maintenance medication program. Prior to seeing this happen I believed that once you had diabetes… you had it for life. But, now I know that this is not the case. My passion propels me to make the needed changes in my lifestyle and to share this gift with anyone and everyone who wants to do the same.
Our purpose in Dissolving Diabetes is to overcome diabetes through faith, education, and holistic lifestyle changes. No matter how bad it is right now there is still hope. You are just one step away from miracle and you will overcome. Will you be the next one to dissolve diabetes in your family?
